Dr Wang Ning serves as Secretary-General of the ASEAN Hong Kong Economic and Trade Center (AHKETC), leading initiatives to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between ASEAN member states, China and other RCEP economies.

Dr Wang holds First Class Honours in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, with the Dean's Award; he is internationally recognised for advancing AI-driven healthcare innovation and sustainable infrastructure cooperation.

Mr Dennis Deng has served in government foreign affairs departments and worked for major multinational energy enterprises, with professional experience spanning Africa and North America.

He holds a master's degree from the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
